| NPP appreciates LGs response on NHM workers’ disengagement issue | | | EARLY TIMES REPORT
JAMMU, Oct 3: The Panthers Party today appreciated the initiative of J&K LG Governor assuring representative of NHM employees during LG very welcoming thought full decision of LG Manoj Sinha though this is not fully satisfactory or within the command of fundamental rights of J&K residents or full fledged citizens of India and entitled to all fundamental rights in the Constitution of India.
The president of JKNPP Prof bhim Singh conveyed this message at Jammu that Panthers party which has supported NHM employees shall continue this constitutional battle from the streets of Jammu to the Supreme Court till NHM employees and all other affected employees fighting in the streets of J&K are not provided all fundamental rights and Jobs.
Panthers party chief has consulted and sought opinion of several senior NPP leaders including P. k Ganju Sr Vice President, Masod Andrabi Vice President, Adv Bansi Lal Sharma Advisor, Yashpaul Kundal, Anita Thakur Both Gen Secretary, Neeraj Dewan Gen Secretary J&K PTU, Paramjeet Singh Marshall PTU Provincial President.
