JAMMU, Nov 4: All J&K Plus-2 lecturers Forum has welcomed the decision of Government for revival of Consultative Mechanism” to address the grievances of its employees on priority. As per a release, the forum’s central house of representative which met at Jammu in its monthly meet has also finalized the “Action Plan” to further intensify its efforts on the ongoing of civil secretariat in the winter capital that include the decade old regularization of Incharge Principals and Lecturers, removal of pay Anomalies of Principals and benefit of Running pattern in the pay scale of Rs. 8000-13500.
The House expressed its satisfaction that the Government has finally realized the gravity situation and constituted a Committee of high ranking officers for a regular consultation with the employees of the state for redressal of grievances and also the implementation of 6th pay commission report in the state.
H.D Qureshi, the state chief of the forum while speaking on this occasion expressed the determination that with the opening of Govt offices at Jammu, the struggle will be future intensified achieve the goals of regularization, running grade and removal of pay anomalies, the release added. |
