Tajinder urges GOI to fulfill all Constitutional Gaurantees promised to J&K

Jammu, Oct 19: Renowned Social Political Activist Sardar Tajinder Singh Said that prevailing situation of alienation and mistrust in jammu and kashmir was the result of repeated betrayals of promises made to the people by the successive Central and State governments , has urged the Center to respect and implement with sincerely and honesty all the constitutional gaurantees enshrined in the accord of accession to end prevailing socio-political uncertainty in the erstwhile Jammu and Kashmir State. He has stressed for establishing a popular government in Jammu and Kashmir to fulfill socio political and developmental aspirations of the people . He said Centre should initiate meaningful CBMs to build an atmosphere of mutual trust and faith among the people of Jammu and Kashmir.
Tajinder while urging for implementation of all constitutional gaurantees assured to the people of Jammu and Kashmir in the accord of accession in letter and spirit, he said that respecting aspirations and honour of the people was imperative for bridging the gap and alienation towards mainstream. He said responsibility for the existing socio-political ambiguity and unrest lies on the previous Central and State governments who played with the sentiments and emotions of the people for power and Chairs.
Tajinder has impressed upon the present Central Government to rise to the occasion and initiate a result oriented process to win hearts and minds of the people of Jammu and Kashmir .
" Centre should try to meet genuine socio - political aspirations of the people especially youth to win their hearts", Tajinder added.
Singh said holding of assembly elections in Jammu and Kashmir without any delay was all the more necessary to provide immediate relief to the people in terms of redressal of thier day to day problems and grievances accrued due to wide disconnect between bearucracy , administration and the people .
