JAMMU, Nov 6: Tinted glasses of vehicles say many things –the boss sitting inside is a privileged, protected and more importantly a VVIP. But is seen through same glasses he could be a criminal or saboteur as well. Therefore, Jammu Police have make up mind to take black screens of the window panes of vehicles which actually do not have a valid permission. But the difficulty is obvious. More vehicles have black screens than anyone could have guessed. |
