JAMMU, Nov 7: The Delhi Public School (DPS) conducted investiture ceremony on the basis of election cum selection method here today.
The ceremony was presided over by S.S Sodhi, Founder Member ad Director DPS Rohini Aima, Headmistress, Birwal and Malhotra were also present to grace the occasion.
The ceremony commenced with the Tilak ceremony by the students of class of IX. Anuj Suri and Aditi Aggarwal were elected as the Head Boy and Head Girl of the school respectively. Badges and Sashes were handed over to them by Sodhi, Shivangi Vaid and Angad Singh Dua, Veerta Singh Salathia , Shivang Dubey, Yawar Bashir, Paras Kapoor, Sahil Kishore Sharma, Udit Mahajan, Dig Vijay Sharma, Abhishek Gupta, Ayush Kalra, Sourab Seagh Dutta and Ishan Ahmed and Dig Vijay Singh.
March-past and Oath taking ceremony was the later part of the investiture ceremony.
