| BDP releases election manifesto | | | EARLY TIMES REPORT JAMMU, Nov 8: The election manifesto of Backward classes democratic party for the coming assembly election was released by its president, Sheraz Azhari here today. Speaking on the occasion, Azhari said that party promise that all the three parts of Jammu and Kashmir state will be equally treated in power sharing and distribution of funds, separate service selection board will created for employment so that each part of state get due share in employment, Mandal Commission recommendation which stands 27% for the Backwards Classes Reservation will be implemented in full and Pahari speaking people of the J&K state will get the status of schedule tribes. He said every village having a population of hundred persons or above of will linked with road network. Free education to the every child of the J&K state upto 10th standard beside mid-day meal, every care will be taken to provide drinking water and electricity to every person of the J&K. Every care will be taken to implement new projects in the state so that people are benefited with the employment opportunities, people working on contractual basis there services will be regularized.
