Srinagar, September 13 – The Chief Minister Mr. Ghulam Nabi Azad who will be on official tour to USA and Belgium has directed that during his official tour abroad Mr. Mangat Ram Sharma Minister for Health and Medical Education, Labour and Ladakh Afairs shall preside over the Cabinet meetings. |
