FICCI FLO JKL celebrates childrens day at GMS Tikri village, Udhampur

Udhampur, Nov 14: As responsible influencers of society, Chairperson FICCI FLO Jammu Kashmir & Ladakh Kr. Ritu Singh initiated a drive starting at the rural level to spread a conscious movement to address social evils of society engaging members of FICCI FLO JKL to participate in the same. Member Kamakshi Dewan produced the first edition of FICCI FLO JKL’s Nukad Natak with a strong message emphasising “Say No to Drugs” whilst facilitating the children who enacted this beautiful concept Chairperson Kr. Ritu Singh accompanied by Sr. Vice Chairperson Ms. Varuna Anand, Ms. Kamakshi Dewan, Principal & the faculty of Govt Middle School and The Sarpanch of Village Tikri, cut a cake and presented gifts in a highly charged atmosphere of celebration with dancing, music, laughter & anecdotes. The children were seen in full enthusiasm and expressed their joy and gratitude to the gesture meted to them. Kr. Ritu Singh in her quintessential style took everyone by surprise by playing the local Dolki which added much fervour to the spirit of rejoicing. The Children expressed their eagerness to learn computers and to be skilled through story books in English to the team and Kr. Ritu Singh promised to meet the same at the earliest.
