| Sawhney inspects water supply system | | |
JAMMU, SEPTEMBER 13 - MLA Jammu East constituency Mr. Yogesh Sawhney accompanied by Superintending Engineer PHE Mechanical Circle Urban Jammu and Executive Engineer PHE City and other field staff conducted tour of Jammu city to review the drinking water supply distribution system.
Mr. Sawhney also inspected pipelines being laid in various areas to initiate new works. The areas included Darugalian Mohalla, Baba Jeeven Shah Mohalla, Gani Lane Wazarat Road, Peerkho behind D.C. office and Charjian Mohalla. On completion of these works, drinking water problem of about 8000 souls would be redressed costing Rs. 13.20 lakh.
