JAMMU, Nov 18: In continuation to achieve mission "Jan Jagaran Abhiyan", the donations to the needy in pandemic situation continued by District General Secretary Congress Gurmeet Singh and his team of activists. Today they distributed free mattresses among poor and weaker sections of the society in Jammu East Constituency.
This distribution of free mattresses was done in Jammu East Constituency this morning in the presence of local senior citizens and the Congressmen. The locals highly appreciated the gesture of this distribution at appropriate seasonal time by young and dynamic Congress leaders and activists to reach the needy families through this drive.
Speaking on the occasion, Gurmeet Singh appealed people to come forward to associate with like minded peersons who really have positive thinking and conscious to contribute their might in reducing agonies/ problems of needy people who are in distress presently due to economic hardships
