| Sadbhavana Eduction Tour Flagged Off | | | Early Times Report
Jammu, Nov 9: As a part of ongoing military civic action programme under Operation Sadbhavana, Krishna Ghati Brigade under the aegis of Ace of Spades Division organised a 13 days Education tour for 28 school children and two teachers of Model Academy, Sagra to Sainik School, Tilaiya, Ramgarh Cantt and Ranchi. The tour visits to important historical places i.e Bodh Gaya, and Nalanda, important industrial towns and cities of Ranchi, Bokaro, Ramgarh and Tilaiya have also been planned to show the progress and development made by other states in various fields. A visit to the the Punjab Regimental Centre and the Sikh Regimental Centre at Ramgarh and Army Service Corps Centre at Gaya has also been planned to acquaint the children with the Army way of life.
A large number of civil and military dignitaries including parents and children were present for the flagging off ceremony. Brigadier BN Singh,SM, while addressing the gathering exhorted all the school children to make full use of the education tour to enhance their knowledge, interact with their counterparts studying in other parts of our country to improve their awareness.
