| Home guards call on Governor | | | EARLY TIMES REPORT
JAMMU, Nov 10: A deputation of All J&K Home-Guard welfare association led by its state president Kamla Sharma today called on Governor N.N Vohra and submitted a memorandum of demands.
As per press release deputation apprise the Governor about the problems being faced by them, which include meager salary of Rs. 410 P.M. Keeping in view the increase in daily use items they urged upon the Governor that their services be regularized and treated at par with other belt forces in the state.
Among others who were part of the deputation were Krishan Lal, Pawan Kumar, Karan Khajuria, Raj Kumar, Nayeen Rehman, Pawan Kumar, Kamla Devi etc. |
