| Court notice to SCHB society | | | EARLY TIMES REPORT
JAMMU, Nov 10: Staying the operations of the notices issued by the Sainik Cooperative House Building Society (SCHBS) Ltd on August 26 and September 26 last, the 2nd Additional Sessions Judge Jammu ML Manhas in petition filed by Capt Yash Pal Singh and 10 others, issued notice to the respondents for filling written statements in the main petition and objections thereto.
The court also temporarily restrained the defendants from taking any decision in support of notices calling General Body meeting or taking any policy decision and going ahead with allotment of any shop or space of accommodation in the central shopping complex sector-G Sainik Colony Jammu and allotment or any contract for construction in or upon same. Court further clarified that this order is, however, subject to the objections from other side. JNF |
