| BJP takes out election rally at Domana | | | EARLY TIMES REPORT
JAMMU, Nov 11: State BJP Raipur- Domana unit today took out a rally at village Amb, which was attended by over 3000 people from 20 panchayats of the area.
On this occasion, 70 people from different parties, mostly from the BSP and Congress announced their resignation from their respective parties and joining the BJP. Bharat Bushan BJP candidate from the Raipur- Domana constituency while welcoming the new entrants, including some panches and sarpanches, to the party fold hoped that the party would be further strengthened in Jammu region. He said that BJP was the only party which has made sacrifices and fought relentlessly against discrimination with Jammu region during the last 61 years.
Among others present on the occasion were Suraj Padha Sarpanch, Col (Retd) Uttam Singh president Jammu district (Rural), Balwant Singh, Bihari Lal, president BJP, SC Morcha district Jammu (Rural) Surinder Singh, Naseeb Singh and Kewal Sharma. |
