JAMMU, Nov 12: The election committee constituted by the party high command head and central parliamentary board of Rashtriya Janta Dal (RJD) has finalized the names of 10 candidates for the ensuing elections in Jammu and Kashmir.
Disclosing the list of candidates at a press conference here today, Des Raj, senior vice president and chairman Ghulam Nabi Shah said that Sayed Ghulam Nabi would contest election from Devsar, Mustafa Malik from Wachi, Mohammed Ismail Zargar, Kupwara, Syed Mohammed Ayoub, Shopian, Mahraj Din Ganai, Sonawar, Gulzar Ahmed Nangroo Pulwama and Bashir Ahmed Reshi from Kulgam.
Besides, Mahesh Padha would be the party’s candidate from Jammu East, Bakhtawar Malik Nagrota and Gurdeep Singh R S Pura
Vijay Mahajan, Naresh Kumar Talla, Mustafa Malik Mohammed Ismail Zargar, Mehraj- ud- Din Ganai, Sanjeev Kumar Verma, Raman Gupta, Naresh Mehra, Sham Lal and Brij Mohan were also present. |
