| AJKLTF delegation calls on Principal Secretary School Education Department | | |

JAMMU, Dec 9: A delegation of All Jammu & Kashmir and Ladakh Teachers Federation (AJKLTF) affiliated with Akhil Bhartiya Rashtriya Shaikshik Mahasangh (ABRSM) led by UT General Secretary, Rattan Sharma and Vice President Neeraj Sharma met Principal Secretary School Education Department, B.K Singh and highlighted few burning issues of teaching and non teaching fraternity irrespective of the cadres.
A threadbare discussion took place wherein Singh was briefed about the undue delay in holding DPC for teachers in Jammu Province since 2014 due to unavailability of vacancies of masters in the province. He was briefed that in last 10 years SED have completely failed in regularizing the in-charge CEOs, ZEOs, Principals, Lecturers and others resulting a mess within the department as all such officials/officers who have been promoted on OPG basis in last 10 years are still occupying their parent posts. |
