JKHCBAJ pays homage to Gen Rawat, other victims of chopper crash

JAMMU, Dec 9: The J&K High Court Bar Association Jammu (JKHCBAJ) organized a Shardanjali Samaroh in J&K High Court Complex, Jammu to pay homage and tributes to Chief of Defence Staff General Bipin Rawat, his wife Madhulika Rawat and 11 other personnel of Armed Forces in the unfortunate and tragic demise in helicopter crash in Tamil Nadu Coonoor.
M.K. Bhardwaj, Sr. Adv & President J&K High Court Bar Association, Jammu, while expressing heartfelt condolence to the families described that the country has lost brave and highly decorated soliders,. General Bipin Rawat was an excellent and outstanding solider of the country who has rendered his services bravely and dedicatedly and always elevated and raised name of the country in all National and International forums. The death of General Rawat has caused a irreparable loss not only to his own family but to the nation as a whole. The services rendered by General Rawat and his wife Madhulika Rawat will always be remembered by our country men.
The members of the Bar also recalled and appreciated the services of 11 other Armed Forces personnel who were on board with General Rawat and his wife.
The whole country is in shock and void created by the death of General Rawat, his wife and 11 other Armed Forces personnel cannot be filled.
The contributions of CDS General Bipin Rawat and other soldiers were highly appreciated by the team of Bar Association for the marvelous job done for the country.
All the lawyers' including senior and young lawyers were present on the Shardanjali Samaroh after laying floral tributes observed silence in the memory of departed souls.
Two minutes silence was observed in the condolence meeting and prayer was made to the Almighty to grant heavenly peace to the departed souls, courage and strength to the bereaved families.
Surjeet Singh Andotra Adv, General Secretary of the J&K High Court Bar Association, Jammu concluded the proceedings of Shardanjali Samaroh..
Others present in the Shardanjli Samaroh were the office bearers of the Association including Mohinder Pal Singh Pali, Vice President, Surjeet Singh Andotra General Secretary, Aditya Sharma. Joint Secretary, Amandeep Singh, Treasurer besides several others.
