| Ajatshatru says coalition ignored Nagrota | | | EARLY TIMES REPORT JAMMU, Nov 12: The senior National Conference (NC) leader and ex Minister Ajatshatru Singh flayed the previous Congress and PDP led coalition Government for ignoring the general plight of the people of the state during its governance. During his visits to Bain Bajalta in block Purmandal and Khaleti in block Dansal, while addressing the gathering of Gujjars and Bakkarwals near Bajalta railway station, he said that for the last six years, some persons having vested interests along with the successive elected candidate from the area have been exploiting the sentiments of the people and it is high time to teach a lesson to such forces as they are irresponsible for their backwardness. The area witnessed least development and condition of the people in terms of overall development and basic amenities of life has gone bad to worse, he said. As per press release, while referring to the demands for mobile school in the area, he said that some mobile schools were started in the area during his tenure as MLA but these schools are witnessing an acute of teachers. He also allowed Gujjar and Bakkarwals to us his ancestral land in the area for grazing. Describing Dr. Farooq Abdullah as a towering personality and as a party of masses, he said only NC can resolve their grievances and can give better administration along with bringing overall development and prosperity in the state. He pledged the people to come out to strengthen the hands of Dr. Abdullah by voting in favour of for overall development of the area and the state in general. |
