SRINAGAR, Nov 13: A devotee on his way to cave shrine of Mata Vaishno Devi died after he suffered a massive heart attack near Katra early Thursday, official sources said.
According to sources, Jagdish Prasad, a resident of Patna, after offering prayers at the cave shrine was returning back to base camp at Katra along with his family when he suffered a severe heart attack, they said, adding he was shifted to a hospital where he was declared brought dead. The body has been handed over to the family after post-mortem. |
