| Promotions, transfers of ministerial staff in subordinate courts | | | EARLY TIMES REPORT
JAMMU, Nov 13: The second list of promotions, transfers and postings of ministerial staff of Subordinate Courts of Kashmir Province has been issued by the Principal Secretary to Chief Justice MK Hanjura.
According to the order Basharat Ahmed Senior Assistant 4th Additional Sessions Court Srinagar has been temporarily promoted as Head Assistant and posted in the Court Principal Sessions Judge Kargil, Ghulam Ahmed Bhat Senior Assistant has been temporarily promoted as Head Assistant and posted in the Court of Principal Sessions Judge Leh. Syed Abdul Rashid Senior Assistant who have been temporarily promoted as Head Assistant has been posted in the Court of Principal Sessions Judge Kargil, Abdul Hamid Gujree Senior Assistant has been temporarily promoted as Head Assistant has been posted in the Court of Munsiff Pampore while Firdous Ahmed Qureshi Head Assistant has been transferred and posted as Accountant in the Court of Principal Sessions Judge Kupwara. Ghulam Ahmed Mir Head Assistant has been transferred and posted as Nazir in the Court of Munsiff Tangdhar, Javed Ahmed Shah Head Assistant on transfer has been posted in the Court of Munsiff Tangmarg, Mohd Akbar Mir Head Assistant has been transferred and posted in the Court of Sub-Judge Pattan.
Abdul Rehman Bhat Head Assistant has been transferred and posted as Head Record keeper in the Court of Sessions Court Srinagar, Abdul Hamid Dar posted in the Court of CJM Handwara and Azad Ahmed Maqdoomi Nazir in the Court of Munsiff Kangan shall swap their place of posting, Mohammed Amin Mir Accountant in the Court of Principal Sessions Judge Baramulla and Hafiz Ullah Khan Nazir in the Court of CJM Srinagar shall also swap their place of postings. Ghulam Mohd Dar Head Assistant on transfer has been posted in the Court of Additional Sessions Judge Srinagar, Mohd Iqbal Head Assistant on transfer has been attached as Head Record Keeper in the Court Principal Sessions Judge Kulgam, Bilal Ahmed Head Assistant has been transferred and posted in the Court of Munsiff Sumbal Sonwari, Mahjabeen Head Assistant has been transferred and posted in the Court of 3rd Additional Sessions Judge Srinagar, Manzoor Ahmed Geelani Head Assistant has been posted as Nazir in the Court of Munsiff Bandipora.
