JAMMU, Nov 13: A meeting of All India Forward Bloc was held at Party Head Quarter, Vijaypur Jammu under the chairmanship of state president Rajan Padari.
As per a release, the meeting unanimously nominated A.K. Kharu as senior vice president and spokesman of the party. Rajan Padari announced that A.K. Kharu shall contest the assembly election from Jammu west.
Dr. Kharu thanked Padari and other executive members presented in the meeting for having shown their honour in his favour.
Prominent persons who were present in the meeting includes Z.A. Bhatii, G.M. Tentery, Sayed Asif Geelani, Chajju Ram, Nazir Ahmed Lone, Abdul Majid Parrey, William and others, the release added. |
