Jammu, Dec 20: A Media and community mobilization programme was organised at GMS Chowki Choura under the Great supervision of ZEO Chowki Choura Sh. Roop Lal Ji. Sh. Rahul Dev Sharma BDC Chowki Choura was the Chief Guest. BDO Chowki choura Miss Rashu Sharma and Principal GHSS Chowki Choura Smt. Veena Kerni were the Guest of Honor. In the programme, people, parents, Teachers and PRIs were made aware about the NEW EDUCATION POLICY 2020, scholarships, Govt Schemes, other policies and framework. Sh. Ajeet Singh Teacher briefly discussed on NEP 2020 and aware the people and Teachers about the pattern, objectives, aim and implementation of this New Education policy. ZEO Roop Lal aware on scholarship schemes and talked on other Govt Policies. Sh. Vivek Sangotra was the stage secretary.
All the comittee members, staff of all schools falling under this Complex, Sarpanches, Panches PRIs, Parents, ZICC Sh. Rakesh Singh along with his team including Ravish Kant, Naveen Sharma, Vijay, Pawan, Jasveer, Mukesh and Anil were also present. ZEO Roop Lal did the vote of Thanks and also arranged the lunch and Tea for all the Guests present in the function.
Topper students in different fields were also awarded with momento and certificate of appreciation.
Everyone praised and appreciated the efforts of ZEO Chowki Choura and promised him for full cooperation wherever require and also sought full dedication from Teachers.
