| Shiksha Niketan organizes Kriss Kringle making competition on Christmas | | | Early Times Report
JAMMU, Dec 21: Shiksha Niketan Senior Secondary School, Jeevan Nagar, Jammu organized an Intra Kriss Kringle making competition on Christmas among the students of all the six sections of Class 6th. The aim of this competition was to promote awareness about Christmas.
One student from each of the six sections participated in this activity. All the six participants performed with their keen interest and enthusiastic zeal. The activity was adjudged by Shweta (Art & Craft Teacher at Doon International School, Jammu).
Amongst all the 6 participants in this activity, 1st position was bagged by Ishav Gupta of 6th D. 2nd position was bagged by Bhanu Partap Singh of 6th I while 3rd position went to Niharika Rajput of 6th E, all from SNS Jeevan Nagar Jammu.
The Principal of the School, Rameshwar Mengi, appreciated the efforts of the Concerned Teachers for their initiative and guidance to prepare and inspire the students through their proper motivation. Hisworthyself also appreciated all the 6 participants and congratulated the winners in bold words. He is always of the opinion that more and more students be encouraged to participate in such activities to give exposure to their inherent 'Artistic Talents' as this is an important part of the 'Quality Education' which is the utmost necessity in 'Today's Era' for their 'All round Personality Development' to enable them to grow as 'Creative, Responsible and Enlightened Citizens of the present Global Society. |
