BYJU conducted online placement drive at YCET

JAMMU, Dec 21: Online campus placement drive was held at Yogananda College of Engineering & Technology (YCET) by the renowned company BYJU's Pvt Ltd which is acting as a doorway to offer wide range of recruitment and selection services. The placement drive was conducted for the Engineering and Management students of YCET and IMS.
BYJU’s is an Indian multinational educational technology company, which has head quarter in Bangalore, India. It was founded in 2011 by Byju Raveendran and Divya Gokulnath. Byju's is the world’s most valuable education technology company.
The various job profiles offered by the company incorporated “Student Success Specialist-User Experience" and the key responsibilities are Mentor and Guide, Ownership, Process Compliance, Behavioural Competencies and Functional Competencies. The evaluation of the students started with the Group Discussion Round followed by PI &Technical Interview in which the students appeared whole heartedly and enthusiastically.
Company Recruitment Team Head, Samriddhi Gupta, hailed the efforts put up by the college in nurturing and exploring the young minds for a better tomorrow. After scrutinizing in the Ist round, 10 students of engineering background from YCET and 6 students of IMS were selected for the final round. In the final round Miss. Ishrat Lateef of Civil Engineering Department of YCET, Shahid Rashid Wani of Electrical Engineering Department of YCET and Lakshay Mahajan of Mechanical Engineering Department of YCET got selected at the annual package of 6 lakhs. The placement drive was conducted by Head, Training and Placement Er Dinesh Gupta along with departmental placement coordinators and HODs of all the Departments.
Chairman Er Vidhi Singh Jamwal, Managing Director Er Renu Bangroo, Director YCET Prof (Dr) AK Srivastava and Chief Coordinator Er BR Verma congratulated the selected students.
