| 3 candidates file nominations for Udhampur seat today | | | SARITA JAMWAL
UDHAMPUR, Nov 14: Three candidates each from Congress, Bhujan Samaj Party and Rashtriya Congress Party filed their nomination papers from Udhampur constituency today.
The town on Friday buzzed with processions, rallies and drum beats as three candidates filled their nominations to contest from Udhampur assembly constituency for which polling is being held on December 7.
The contestants, accompanied by scores of followers thronged the Returning Officer’s office right at 10 in the morning to file their papers. Those who filed their nominations for the seat today include Brij Mohan Sharma INC), D.R Atri(BSP) and Ronal Singh (RPC)
For Ramnagar seat, former Minister and Panthers Party leader, Harshdev Singh and Suram Chand (Ind) also filled their nominations while Kapoor Chand(BSP) and Krishan Lal (Ind) filed their papers from Chenani constituency. |
