| Bonded labours suspected in brick kiln | | | Early Times Report Jammu, Nov 15- In a habeas corpus petition seeking production of 12 persons, who are stated to have been illegally detained by the owner of Sharma Sat Guru Brick Kiln Daryan, Akhnoor Road Jammu under the jurisdiction of Police Station Kanachak, Justice Virender Singh of J&K High Court Jammu Wing after hearing Adv Pranav Kohli appearing for the petitioners, observed that the Court prima-facie is satisfied that persons including men, women and children have been illegally detained in the aforesaid brick kiln directed SHO Police station Kanachak to search the premises of Sharma Satguru Brick Kiln Daryan and in case the persons mentioned in the petition are found in illegal custody of the owners of the brick kiln, he shall see that these persons are released forthwith. In this regard SHO shall also prepare a complete report and submit his compliance report within 3 weeks to SSP Jammu with a copy to the Registrar Judicial of this Court. JNF
