| Ajaz Khan files nomination from Gool-Arnas, Mumtaz from Gulabgarh | | | EARLY TIMES REPORT
JAMMU, Nov 17: Former Minister and Congress leader today filed his nomination paper from Gool-Arnas constituency which goes to polls in the fourth phase on December 7.
Accompanied by senior party leaders and about 20000 supporters, Ajaz Khan submitted to poll authorities his nomination papers.
After filing his papers, he said he would work for the overall development of the Gool-Arnas. Addressing a huge gathering, the former minister and congress candidate highlighted the achievements of previous Congress led coalition government in the state.
Meanwhile, Mumtaz Ahmed Khan, brother of Aijaz Khan, filed his nomination papers for Gulabgarh constituency as an independent candidate. He was also accompanied by 15000 supporters and pledged to work for people of constituency. |
