| Warning against fertilizer violators | | | EARLY TIMES REPORT
JAMMU, Nov 18: To provide good quality agriculture inputs to the farmers at a reasonable rates in the state, a high level meeting chaired by the Director Law enforcement of Agriculture department M.A Shah was held at the office of Directorate of agriculture Talab Tillo yesterday
While addressing the officers and inspectors, Shah impressed upon them that there should not be any violation of fertilizer control order 1985, insecticide act 1968 and seed act 1966. He asked them that defaulters should be dealt under law. He in the meeting laid special emphasis to check the entry of organic manure, fertilizer and pesticides at Lakhanpur toll post.
Director along with other officers inspected railway Godown and took stock of chemical fertilizers being dispatched to various destinations of the state. |
