| HS Birpur wins kho-kho trophy | | Women Sports Festival of block Samba | | EARLY TIMES REPORT
JAMMU, Nov 18: Beating Government High School, Khara Madan in the final, Government High School Birpur clinched the kho-kho trophy in the Women Sports Festival of Samba block organized by J&K State Sports Council at Birpur.
The kabaddi title again went to Government High School Khara Madan who outplayed Government Girls High School Birpur in the final. The prizes were given away to the winners by Shastri or Birpur, Ramesh Sharma.
In all, 140 female sportspersons took part in the competitions which held under the supervision of Manager M A Stadium Rajan Sharma. He was assisted in the conduct of the events by Tripta Kour, Rekha, Kuldeep Noor Hussain and Baldev Singh. |
