JAMMU, SEPTEMBER 14 - Indian Red Cross Society, Jammu organized a free medical, eye, family welfare, MCH and immunization camp in the premises of Mentally Retarded Home at Chhanni Rama here today.
Medical team headed by Dr. Sapna Gupta examined more than 60 cases including 30 eye patients and distributed medicines among the beneficiaries. Another team headed by Smt. Leela and Smt. Sarveshta Sharma LHV also provided immunization to the children of the Home.
The camp was organized under the supervision of Secretary, Indian Red Cross Society, Jammu, Smt. Santosh Magotra. She thanked Secretary of the Home, Mr. Dubey and other staff for extending their cooperation and help in organizing the camp.
Mrs. Magotra stated that Indian Red Cross Society organized four free medical aid, eye, family welfare, MCH and immunization camps in a month at village Jagti Nagrota, Muthi, Trikutanagar, and at SOS Home Chhani Rama.
On the conclusion of the camp, Mr. Dubey thanked the Red Cross Society Jammu for organizing the medical camp in the premises of Mentally Retarded Home, Jammu. |
