| Poll complaint cell in Srinagar | | | EARLY TIMES REPORT
SRINAGAR, Nov 20: A team of officers has been constituted with immediate effect at the Assembly constituency level in order to ensure speedy disposal of complaints received from various candidates against the violation of Model Code of Conduct and other election related issues.
The officers include Naib Tehsildar (Headquarters) of each Assembly constituency, one Police Officer (To be nominated by S.P. Budgam for each Assembly constituency) and one Videographer (as already engaged by the Returning Officer of the constituency).
Besides Deputy Director Employment, Budgam, District Planning Education Officer, Budgam, Assistant Director Planning, Budgam and District Horticulture Officer, Budgam shall handle serious complaints/Grievances for their redressal. |
