SRINAGAR, Nov 20: Today, 8 nomination papers were filed for the 4 Assembly constituencies of district Pulwama, taking the total nomination papers filed so far to 10. Out of the 10 nomination papers filed so far, 4 nomination papers were filed from Pulwama and 2 each from Tral, Rajpora and Pampore constituencies.
Those who filed their nominations from Pulwama are Mr. Bashir Ahmad Nengroo (Independent), Mr. Riyaz Ahmad Mir (Independent), Mir Imtiyaz (SP) and Mr. Gulzar Ahmad Nengroo (RJD). From Tral Assembly constituency, Mr. Shabir Ahmad Shah (BJP) and Mr.. Bashir Ahmad Jan (Independent) filed their nominations. Similarly, Mr. Ghulam Nabi Mir (NC) and Mr. Fayaz Ahmad Magray (BSP) filed their nomination papers from Pampore Assembly constituency. From Rajpora Mr. Fayaz Ahmad Dar (BSP) and Mr. Mohammad Ramzan Khanday (SP) filed their nomination papers.
Meanwhile, 14 new nomination forms were issued taking the total number of nomination forms issued so far to 65 for the 4 Assembly constituencies of district Pulwama. |
