JAMMU, Nov 20: Jammu and Kashmiri National United Front has strongly criticized National Conference again for misleading the displaced community for electoral gains. Party candidate Rakesh Handoo who is contesting against Farooq Abdullah from Hazaratbal alleged that National Conference has been exposed as it failed to give mandate to any of the displaced community candidates and this has brought the real face of the party to the fore. As per a release addressing elections meetings in Durga Nagar and Janipur he cautioned the displaced community not to fell prey to the false propaganda of the National Conference, which has the nothing for the community in exile since last 19 years. Handoo however expressed happiness that after JKNUF started its campaign to empower the community and other marginalized sections of the society; political parties have started to realize the importance of our votes in this historic election, the release added. |
