JAMMU, Nov 20: Defending champion, Government MAM College today lost to fighting cagers from Trikuta Degree College in the final of inter-college basketball competitions organized by Department of Physical Education, University of Jammu, here today.
Likewise semi-finals, Trikuta College had a close contest in today’s final against well equipped side of MAM College.
It may be recalled here that Trikuta College defeated PG Departments in the semi-finals in the extra time after the game ended in a 25-25 draw in the regulation time.
The final, which played at Gymnasium Hall of the University of Jammu, was officiated by Harpreet Singh, Ravinder Khajuria, Manoj Kumar and Sushil Kumar. |
