| Observers take charge in Baramulla | | Phase 4 | | EARLY TIMES REPORT
SRINAGAR, Nov 21; All the four Observers for seven constituencies of Baramulla district have started their routine work for ensuring free and fair elections being held for seven constituencies.
These Observers include Mr. S.J. Haider for Uri constituency, who will meet public and political parties from 10 a.m. to 11 a.m. daily at Dak Bangalow, Baramulla or on contact numbers 9469421086 and 951952-234869. Similarly, Mr. Sudhi Ranjan Mohanty Observer for Rafiabad and Sopore constituencies, would be available during office hours at Police G.O's Mess or on Telephone Numbers 9469421084 and 951952-234291.
The Observer for Sangrama and Baramulla, Mr. Benhur Mahesh Dutt Ekka, would meet people between 10 a.m. to 11 a.m. on working days at Dak Bungalow Baramulla on Telephone Numbers 9469421085 and 951952-234216. Similarly, Observer for Gulmarg and Pattan, Mr. Tom Jose, could be contacted on Phone Numbers 9469421083 and 951952-234528 at G.O's Mess Baramulla near Court Complex, Baramulla from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. |
