| PYC sets up election office at Talab Tiloo | | | EARLY TIMES REPORT JAMMU, Nov 21: J&K Pradesh Youth Congress today setup an election office at front lane near Dharam Palace, Talab Tillo, for Jammu city West constituency. The office was inaugurated by Senior Congress leader and former Deputy Chief Minister Mangat Ram Sharma. Addressing a largely attended meeting Mangat Ram listed the achievements of Congress led coalition government in the state. He said that if Congress is voted back to power, it will fulfill the unfinished agenda and complete the development works taken in hand. A network of roads will be built to connect the rural areas and villages in the remote areas. Similarly clean drinking water will be supplied adequately to all villages. Industrialists from outside the state will be motivated to setup their units in the state, particularly in Jammu region. All the villages will be electrified and power availability will be improved. He said that while other parties are befooling the people by telling them that they will solve the Kashmir problem, the Congress believes that Kashmir problem stands already solved and what remains to be done is to lead the state towards development and bring it at par with the developed states of the country. The Congress is fighting elections on the issue of development and employment to the youth. The meeting organized by Rajinder Singh (Pinky) Vice President Pradesh Youth Congress was among others addressed by Sanjay Sahini Vice President, Pankaj Chibber Sr. Youth Congress leader, J L Koul Block President, Bhupinder Gupta Youth Congress leader, Sandeep Sandy Youth Congress leader, Sanjeev Sharma and Som Raj. |
