| Batwal community holds condolence meeting | | | EARLY TIMES REPORT
JAMMU, Nov 21: To condole the sad, sudden and untimely demise of Sain Dass Lakhotra of Village Siddar (R.S Pura) the Association of Urban Batwal Community held a condolence meeting here today.
As per a release, speaking on this occasion, the Association President R.L. Kaith said Lakhotra was an icon of the Batwal Community. He rose to eminence as a social reformer and leader of the Batwal community in early sixty. As such, he worked hard for the upliftment and advancement of the Batwal Community.
All present observed two minute silence and prayed to the Almighty God to grant eternal peace to the departed soul, the release added. |
