JAMMU, Nov 21: Jammu and Kashmir State Sports Council today conducted inter-block women sports competitions at MA Stadium here in three events of kho-kho, kabaddi and athletics.
In both team events of kabaddi and kho-kho, Samba block defeated Jammu block. The competitions were organized under the guidance of Manger MA Stadium, Rajan Sharma and were supervised by Tripta Kour, Jyoti Sharma and Naresh Kumar.
ATHLETICS: 100 mts: Chandni, Ist; Jyoti, 2nd and Rajni, third. 200 mts: Anuradha, Ist; Shalu, 2nd and Ruchika, third. 400 mts: Priti Gupta, Ist; Chandni, 2nd and Pooja, third. Shot Put: Salma, Ist; Rajni, 2nd and Anuradha, third. Discuss Throw: Anuradha, Ist; Salma, 2nd and Pooja, third. Long Jump: Prakariti Gupta, Ist; Asma, 2nd and Priyanka, third. |
