| Rationalization of staff at senior secondary level in process | | | EARLY TIMES REPORT
JAMMU, Nov 22: Director School Education today assured all Jammu and Kashmir plus two lecturers’ forum that the rationalization process at senior secondary level is being taken up immediately and also promised to personally verify the facts forcing the district administration to take action against lecturers and principal of higher secondary school Samba.
This assurance was given by Zahida Khan when a delegation of lecturers’ forum called on her here today and demanded rationalization of staff at senior secondary level to overcome the acute shortage of subject experts in the Institutions.
The delegation also apprised the Director about non creation of posts for the newly introduced subjects and also in the newly upgraded higher secondary schools.
They also pleaded for an impartial inquiry before taking any extreme action against the principal and lecturers of HSS Samba.
The delegation led by forum president H D Qureshi included D P Dutta, Manmeet Bali, Gurcharan Singh, Charan Dass and R S Jamwal. |
