| Chinar primary School celebrates Annual Day | | | EARLY TIMES REPORT
JAMMU, Nov 22: Chniar Primary School, the junior wing of Sainik School Ngarota, celebrated is annual day today. A grand cultural show and academic prize distribution function was held in the school ground to mark the occasion. The proceedings began with lightning of the sacred lamp by Director School Education Jammu, Zahida Parveen Khan. Sunita Dembi presented welcome address and Eliette Fernandes, Headmistress of the school presented the annual report and highlighted the achievements of the school.
A colorful cultural program comprising English Skit, puppet Dance, Spirit of India, Bhangra and Kashmiri dance were also presented on the occasion.
Zahida on the occasion also distributed the prizes to the students for their excellent performance in the academics and other competitions.
She, in her address, complimented the prize winners for their outstanding performance in academics. |
