JAMMU, Nov 22: Sanjay Kumar Bahl son of Late Capt (Retd) Satish Kumar Bahl, who has been declared qualified for the award of Degree of Doctor of Philosophy in Management Studies by the University of Jammu.
He worked under the guidance of Prof Neelu Rohmetra, Director International Centre for Cross-Cultural Research and Human Resource Management at The Business School of the University of Jammu.
The topic of Sanjay’s research work was, “Stress Management and Organisational Effectiveness-A case study of Life Insurance Corporation of India, Jammu”.
Belongs to Punjab, a senior teacher with Sainik School Nagrota, Behl teaches Chemistry. |
