REASI, NOV 23: The District Election Officer, Reasi, Mr. Sanjeev Verma convened a meeting of the representatives of various political parties at Government Degree College, Reasi yesterday.
During the meeting, the DEO interacted with the representatives of various political parties and candidates apprised them about the arrangements being made for free, fair and transparent elections.
The DEO convened a meeting of the Chief Medical Officer and Block Medical Officers of Reasi district and asked them to make all necessary arrangements with regard to medicare facilities to the polling staff in all the three constituencies.
He issued instructions to all medical officers to depute their teams at all the important locations along with first-aid kits with them so that medicare facilities could be provided to the polling staff. |
