| Delegation from Doda calls on Rattan Lal Gupta | | |  EARLY TIMES REPORT
JAMMU, Mar 17: National Conference delegation from Doda headed by Zaffarullah Rather called on Provincial President Jammu Rattan Lal Gupta at Sher-i-Kashmir Bhawan, Jammu today. Besides various organizational issues, some political issues were also discussed in the meeting. Rather apprised the Provincial President about problems being faced by remote areas like unscheduled Power cuts and shortage of potable water. He also expressed concern about the road accidents which have become a routine matter now and how the administration seems to be ignoring them. While interacting with the senior District leaders Gupta assured the delegation that he will take up their issues at appropriate forums. He also asked the leaders to work to strengthen the party at grass root level and trained the cadre to face the challenges posed by the government after 5th August, 2019. He lambasted the government for its utter failure in solving day to day problems of the people of J&K.
