| Promotion, adjustment ordered in HC staff | | | EARLY TIMES REPORT
JAMMU, Nov 24: On the recommendations of committee of High Court, the Acting Chief Justice approved the adjustments and promotions of High Court Staff. The order to this effect was issued by registrar General Abdul Rashid Bhat today.
According to order Abdul Hamid Khan and Chuni Lal Court Secretaries have been temporarily adjusted as Joint Registrars in their own pay and grade, Bashir-ud-Din and Abdul Rashid Bulbul, Deputy Registrars are temporarily adjusted as Joint Registrars in their own pay and grade, Nisar Ahmed Khan Asst Registrar, Khem Raj Protocol Officer, KK Wattal Accounts Officer and Bua Ditta Asst Registrar temporarily adjusted as Deputy Registrars in the own pay and grade, Sarvida Nisar, Nuzhat Parveen and Anil Samnotra Private secretaries have been temporarily adjusted as Court Secretaries in their own pay and grade.
Yash Pal Sharma Reader has been temporarily adjusted as Bench Secretary in his own pay and grade, Ghulam Nabi Malik Sr. Scale Stenographer adjusted as Private Secretary in his own pay and grade, Karam Chand Jr. Scale Stenographer already promoted as Sr. Scale Stenographer on adhoc basis shall work as Private Secretary in his own pay and grade 7450-11500,. Bir Bhadur Singh Sr. Scale Stenographer who has been temporarily promoted as Pvt Secretary in the grade of 7500-12000, Amjad Ahmed Lone Sr. Scale Stenographer is temporarily adjusted as Pvt Secretary in his own pay and grade. Abdul Qayoom Lone, Yasmeen Rashid and Madan Lal Verma Sr. Scale Stenographers are temporarily promoted as Pvt Secretaries in the grade of 7500-12000/-, Mohd Altaf Nima Sr. Scale Stenographer is temporarily adjusted as Pvt Secretary in his own pay and grade, Muzamil Qadir and Pawan Chopra Jr. Scale Stenographers are temporarily promoted as Sr. Scale stenographers in the Rs grade of Rs 7450-11500/- till further orders subject to clearance of prescribed tests, they shall however work as Pvt Secretaries in their own pay and grade. Azad Ahmed Wani, Abdul Rashid Rather Asst Registrars Grade-II, Mohd Arif Dar, Ghulam Mohd Parray Protocol Officers/ Accounts Officers and Haroon Rashid Lone Asst Registrar-II are temporarily adjusted as Asst Registrar Grade-I in their own pay and grade, Haroon Rashid Bhat, Ms Shafiq-ur-Rehman and Ram Singh Section Officers in relaxation of rules have been temporarily promoted as Asst Registrar-II in the grade of 7500-12000
