EARLY TIMES REPORT JAMMU, Nov 24: Over three dozen activists of Panthers Party led by Darshan Lal Mottan today joined BJP. They were welcomed into the party fold by BJP State General Secretary Shamsher Singh Manhas and Kissan Morcha President Ch. Sukhnandan. Mottan said that he along with his supporters have joined BJP because it is the only political party which has concern for the people and works for strengthening nationalist forces in the state. He said that a wave of change is being witnessed among the masses and they have made up their mind to install BJP in power in the state. He said there is a great need to ensure victory of the BJP in the state and urged the voters not to allow division of their votes. Prominent among those who joined BJP included Ch. Ram Pal, Satwari Block President, Neik Ram Sharma, Delegate State Council, Vikram Singh, Mulkh Raj Sharma, Swarn Kumar, Karnail Singh, Vijay Kumar, Ashwani, Singh, Ashok Singh, Mangal Kumar, Bishan Dass, Mangal Dass, Mohinder Kumar,Munshi Ram and Kaka Singh of Panthers Party, Pt. Bhagwan Dass, Bua Ditta, Mohan Lal Sharma, Harbans Lal, Ashok Kumar, Joginder Singh and Deep Kumar of National Conference and Garu Ram of Congress. |
