| Bhim condemns attack on his candidate | | | EARLY TIMES REPORT JAMMU, Nov 24:JKNPP Chief Prof. Bhim Singh while condemning grenade attack on the residential house of his party candidate and district president Ganderbal Abdul Rashid Ganai, has threatened to move to Supreme Court to seek its intervention for security cover to party candidates and the party leaders. In an emergent meeting of the executive body of Kashmir valley, Bhim condemning the grenade attack in which Ganai had a miraculous escape, accused state administration for denying security cover to the Panthers Party candidates with a motive to get them liquidated. He said he had been requesting the Prime Minister, Home Minister and state Governor for their intervention in ensuring adequate security to the Panthers Party candidates and the leaders but till date nothing has been done on the ground. Prof Singh also conducted extensive election tour of Kupwara, Trehgam and Karnah to muster support for his nominees. |
