| Charak carried out campaign in Bishnah | | | EARLY TIMES REPORT
JAMMU, Nov 26: Gulchain Singh Charak, MLC (Former Minister) J&K carried out election campaign in his Bishnah Assembly Segment and addressed a series of public meetings at villages Pindi Charkan. As per a release speaking on the occasion he said that progress recorded in two and half years during Congress led Governmetn with Azad as Chief Minister ahs been quite impressive and this fact has been widely appreciated by people of Jammu and Kashmir. It was during this regime that strong effort was made only to implement the common Minimum programme that had been enunciated in November, 2002 when coalition was formed but untiring efforts were made to mitigate the public problems. They raised the pertinent problems of the area viz; regular supply of electricity, health care facilities, constructions of roads, lanes and drains, repair/renovation of school buildings, transport facilities in remote areas, settlement of old age/widow pension cases, BPL cases etc and requested for addressal of the same, the release added. |
