| BJP optimistic to form government | | | EARLY TIMES REPORT JAMMU, Nov 26: Asserting that the ongoing election would be surprise for all those who have been claiming to form the government, BJP spokesman Ramesh Arora today expressed his optimism that his party would certainly be voted to power in the state to remove all discriminations done by the erstwhile ruling parties.
