| Sale tax department recover 1 kg of silver | | |

The sale tax department officials on a specific information arrested a person who was smuggling one kg of silver from Amritsar to Jammu here today.
As per reports sale tax department after getting the information carrying f 1 kg silver laid a naka at Lakhnapour and stopped as bus under No/ HPO-1/0389 and picked up one Raj Kuamr son of Ashok Kumar of Amritsar. During interrogation one Kg of silver was recovered form him, which he was smuggling to Jammu without any valid documents and he was trying to save tax. The matter is being investigated.
