Srinagar, Apr 26: Men and women in Haft Chinar area of Srinagar city staged a protest against the Power Department to install Smart Meters. Protesters while talking to reporters said, “We have no road, but Smart Meters are being installed. Our area consists of poor people who live on daily wages. How will we pay the bills when we don’t even have the money to feed our families.” |
